Our Chairman of the Board, Osman Deniz, laid the foundations for his journey from small-scale shopkeeping to professional company ownership while setting up a glassware stall in local markets.

By opening a glassware store in Balçova, İzmir, they have taken another step closer to their goals.

2003

We moved to Kuşadası and, as Kuşadası Özgül Züccaciye, expanded our field of activity in the hotel and tourism sector, leading to our name becoming more widely known in the region.

2007

By transitioning entirely from Özgül Züccaciye to the industrial kitchen sector, we have progressed towards our high goals and expanded our product range and customer base.

2014

Our brand, which we specifically designed for cutlery products, has been registered.

2016

Due to the growth of our customer network and the resulting increase in business and employee volume, our Özgül Industrial Kitchen Hotel Equipment İzmir/Gaziemir branch has become operational.

2018

With our new brand, which symbolizes innovation and taking another step forward in our goals, we have expanded our reach internationally by moving our operations online.

2019

With the Baresto brand, we primarily introduced our own appliances to our customers in the field of industrial kitchen equipment such as cookers, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
